Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
Evertech Digital ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at evertechdigital.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Who We Are
Evertech Digital (the "data controller") is a full-service digital agency with teams in Vancouver (Canada), Paris (France), and Kathmandu (Nepal). Our designated privacy officer can be reached at [email protected]. This address is also the point of contact for all data protection enquiries under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.
2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form. This includes your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect data automatically through tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your contact information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. The legal basis for processing your data is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have assessed that this interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms, given that you have proactively contacted us and we use your data only to respond to your specific enquiry.
4. Cookies
Our website uses essential session cookies required for the site to function correctly. We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies without your explicit consent. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the consent banner on this site.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the GDPR: the right to access the personal data we hold about you; the right to request correction of inaccurate data; the right to erasure; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. If you are located in France, this is the CNIL at www.cnil.fr. If located elsewhere in the EEA, you may contact your local supervisory authority.
7. International Data Transfers
Your contact data is transmitted via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company subject to GDPR) to our team. Our website is hosted on Vercel's global edge network, which may process request data in the United States and other countries under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. A copy of our data transfer safeguards is available on request.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on Brevo for email delivery and Vercel for hosting and infrastructure. These providers are contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
9. Privacy Incidents
In the event of a privacy incident involving your personal information that presents a risk of serious injury, Evertech Digital will notify you and the relevant regulatory authority as required by applicable law, including Quebec Law 25 and the GDPR.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If changes affect how we process data you have previously submitted, we will contact you directly where required by applicable law.
