Nurul's Bangla Cuisine
A rebuilt site with ordering wired straight into the Square POS the kitchen already runs — one menu, one order queue, and an ordering flow roughly ten times faster than the WooCommerce store it replaced.

The challenge
Nurul's was running two systems that didn't talk to each other. Service in the restaurant ran on Square; online orders arrived through a separate WooCommerce store. That meant the menu existed twice and had to be edited twice, prices could drift apart, and every online order was read off a screen and re-entered into the till by hand — during service, when staff had the least time for it. The storefront was also slow, which costs a restaurant customers at the exact moment they are deciding what to eat.
What we did
We rebuilt the site and connected ordering directly to their existing Square account through the Square API, rather than adding another system to reconcile. The menu customers browse is the menu the kitchen already maintains in Square — changed once, live everywhere. Orders placed online arrive in the same queue as counter sales, with nothing re-keyed. Both pickup and the restaurant's own delivery run through that single flow, so the whole fulfilment mix lands in one place.
The outcome
The ordering experience is around ten times faster than the WooCommerce storefront it replaced, and the path from menu to confirmed order is shorter. Staff no longer transcribe online orders into the till mid-service, which removes the delay and the transcription mistakes that came with it. Menu and pricing changes happen once, in the system the kitchen already uses. The result is that ordering online now feels much closer to ordering at the counter — quick, direct, and answered by the restaurant itself.
